Policy Declaration and Commitment of the General Manager of S.C. PET STAR RECYCLING S.R.L. regarding the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Safety of Materials for Food Packaging, and Occupational Health and Safety
S.C. PET STAR RECYCLING S.R.L. was established to meet the societal need for recycling bottles after use, addressing this need by transforming them into raw materials for the production of new plastic packaging for the food industry. The ongoing development of the organization, delivering high-quality products and services in a clean environment, meeting customer and stakeholder requirements, preventing pollution, ensuring employee health and safety, and adapting operations to current national and international trends are the primary objectives of the company’s policies in quality, environment, safety of materials for food packaging, and occupational health and safety.
By continuously improving technological processes, S.C. PET STAR RECYCLING S.R.L. is committed to maintaining and enhancing the trust of suppliers, customers, and stakeholders in its performance and reputation in the production of recycled flakes and granules.

To achieve this goal, the management of S.C. PET STAR RECYCLING S.R.L. has decided to maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System for quality-environment-safety of materials for food packaging-occupational health and safety, in accordance with the standards: SR EN ISO 9001:2015, SR EN ISO 14001:2015, SR EN ISO 22000:2019, and SR EN ISO 45001:2023. Furthermore, the company has implemented and certified an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, compliant with SR EN ISO 45001:2023.
The implemented Integrated Management System applies to: Recovery of sorted PET recyclable materials. Production of rPET flakes and granules.

This policy and its objectives are communicated to all personnel working for or on behalf of the company, who are expected to act directly to implement them. The policy is also made available to relevant interested parties.
Applying this policy in Quality, Food Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety is a priority for the top management of S.C. PET STAR RECYCLING S.R.L., which ensures the necessary resources for its implementation and periodically reviews the policy to ensure its continued relevance.
